International Payroll Analyst

My client is one of the worlds leading Media and Entertainment companies who currently have a permanent opportunity for a UK Payroll administrator.

You will be responsible for assiting with payrolls across the international region - UK, EMEA and LATAM, reporting to the International Payroll Director. The international remit includes 30 countries and around 96 payrolls.

This role is a key contact for all processes, legislation and compliance for the UK entities and supporting the wider international team within EMEA and LATAM geographies as well as central reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing end to end processes within team monthly payrolls for Circa 30 countries across UK, EMEA AND LATAM regions.

Support the business with Month and Year End reporting

Ensuring compliance with employment law and tax legislation.

Responsible for safeguaring payroll procedures and ensuring that internal controls are adhered to

Document payroll proceedures to a high standard

Work on mutiple improvement projects and Year End tasks

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Provide project management support for the international Payroll team

You will need outstanding knowledge of ADP freedom and also be fluent in English and French. Extensive UK and French legislation and payroll knowledge, P11D and PSA submssion experience. Relevant experience in a multi-country role is essential and Media sector experience would be beneficial.
