The Interim FP&A Lead position is an initial 6 month contract working for a Private Equity backed multi-site Leisure business.

The company is growing rapidly, organically and is looking to expand internationally. The business has a unique brand presence with a cult following and they are looking for an Interim FP&A Lead who can come in add value but also buys into the brand.

The role is based in Central London.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. 70% is FP&A focused 30% Month end
  2. Business modelling, pricing models.
  3. Management information reporting
  4. Budgeting
  5. Creating and modifying dashboards
  6. Management Account pack
  7. Balance Sheet and P&L
  8. New site analysis
  9. Business Partnering with operational managers and senior management team.
  10. Cashflow forecast
  11. General process improvement.

Candidate profile:

  1. You need to be experienced in producing management account packs.
  2. Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
  3. Advanced on excel can build and understand complex models
  4. Experience within a multisite environment is essential, this could be from retail, hospitality, fmcg, manufacturing etc.
  5. Structured approach, data driven and able to works in detail
  6. You will need to be a good communicator, able to have tough conversations.
