Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This leading PE Technology business are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner, this newly created role will report to the CFO and work with the Finance and other senior stakeholders across the business. You will be creating real and active partnerships with both Operations and Management. As the trusted advisor in this role you will be adding value that will assist in all decision making. Working at Board level with the Senior team ensuring that you are creating and building strong relationships across the business functions, this opportunity would suit someone who is extremely hands on in their approach, able to build financial models from scratch and manage the finance team within the wider business. You will have experience working within an SME or similar sized business as this role is for someone who is extremely in the detail.

Role and responsibilities

• Management of all cost control and risk management
• Systems integration
• Financial accounting, including but not limited to – year end, tax submissions, monthly reporting and reviews
• Implement new and improve financial process and controls
• Financial modelling ( build from scratch)
• Budgeting, planning, forecasting, cash – flow, account management
• Project accounting
• Treasury, FX
• Financial and company strategy
• Refinancing and funding information
• Exit experience
• Strong Excel and data management software experienc
