Quality Assurance Auditor (Order to Cash)

Global US Organisation urgently require a Quality Assurance Auditor (Order to Cash) to join their business on a 6 month plus assignment. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment and would suit a "hands-on" candidate who has excellent attention to detail.

Duties of the Quality Assurance Auditor (order to cash) include:

The Revenue Operations Finance Director has been tasked with implementing a quality assurance framework for Order to Cash. This role is critical in identifying quality breakdowns in the order to cash process.

o Audit customer orders against minimum standards

o Consolidate and report findings

o Assist in the on going development of the quality validation process

Support the Finance Director in developing quality assurance improvement initiatives and tracking of expected improvements

Personal Specification - Quality Assurance Auditor:

Graduate or equivalent professional qualification

Ideally some process / systems audit and/or improvement experience

Able to operate ‘in the weeds’ and contribute to tactical and strategic improvement idea generation

Willing to spend a significant proportion of working time auditing orders (a repetitive set of tasks)

Able to engage easily with others to develop own understanding of process and system usage to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of quality audits

Able to join dots across the audits to identify common themes, impacts and opportunities for improvement

Willing to work independently / remotely from line manager and stakeholders and happy to interact via email, phone call, messaging, video conferences etc with limited direct face to face time
