Finance Director

Greenwell Gleeson are exclusively recruiting for a fast growing entrepreneurial organisation.

Working in partnership with the MD the FD will need to be both strategically focused to help grow the organisation as well as being operationally focused on the day to day reporting.

Leading a small team the FD will be responsible for the overall monthly management reporting and KPI reporting, preparation of board reports, reporting on and understanding variances to budget, managing the FP&A process as well managing working capital and banking relationships.

In addition the FD will need to evaluating new business propositions, including acquisition target, maintain and improves internal controls, improve use of the ERP systems and have the ability of developing a finance function.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered on this role you will need to demonstrate experience of having held a leadership role within a fast growing SME businesses, you will have experience of a multi site environment ideally logistics and demonstrate the necessary drive and energy to work in a fast paced environment.
