CFO / COO - TECH START UP - LONDON

THE COMPANY
An early stage start up tech company in the services and B2C space with high growth international ambitions.
They have an exceptional advisory board, with current backing and are in the process of further funding rounds.
THE POSITION
An all round hands on CFO & COO combined role contributing to the growth and development of the company. Including the financial management, operations management and fundraising.
Responsibilities include:
- financial management including management and statutory accounting, tax.
- business planning, financial modelling, KPIs, forecasting, analysis, cashflow
- supporting fundraising and presentations to investors
- projects and strategy
- operational business management, processes, systems development
THE CANDIDATE
You should be a qualified accountant with tech sector experience. Start up, growth company and fundraising / investor experience is a preferable. You will have held a senior finance, finance director / CFO position.
