Our client a newly acquired PE-backed Construction Business is seeking an insightful CFO to become a key member of the executive team, whilst working alongside the CEO to make strategic decisions across the business. The key focus of the role will be to oversee and drive the finance team, providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift growth period.
The CFO will be the right hand person to the founding CEO with overall responsibility for the finance function, and a strong presence in professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures in order to drive growth for the business. This is a role with a broad operational remit across the business.
We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with experience as autonomous CFO or Finance Director and strong hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills. Having previous experience of working in construction or a related sector would be highly desirable. Experience in a leveraged environment is essential (doesn't have to be PE).
