My client is an award-winning Affordable Housing Association in Central London. Due to their growth they are looking to recruit a talented individual for a new position of Tax Manager. Candidates must be an expert in Financial Analysis, Audit and Tax ideally with a strong background in Affordable Housing.

Key accountabilities
- Lead on all matters relating to tax including VAT, Capital Gains tax, Corporation tax and PAYE.
- Advise on the strategic tax planning for new and existing housing development initiatives.
- Guide group on tax implications for new developments and projects, setting up tax efficient structures to deliver the project.
- Delivering a full range of efficient tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the organisation increasing the effectiveness of the tax structure.
- Lead and assist financial accountant on VAT and corporation tax including overseeing compliance work.
