  • Working closely with the Private Equity firm to advice and inform around strategic options
  • Owning and delivering the annual planning cycle and forecasting
  • Providing support to the budget managers during preparation of annual budget
  • Providing support to the CFO around refinancing and further debt and equity financing
  • Driving best FP&A practice across the business
  • Developing further performance measures to support company strategy
  • Review/maintain/develop Excel financial models
  • Management of a team of 2

The ideal profile for the candidate will be:

  • ACA qualified, ideally within the Big 4
  • Experience leading an FP&A function
  • Experience working within a private equity backed business, and ideally with direct exposure to the private equity firm
  • Experience partnering with both a CFO/CEO and broader executive team
  • Excellent Excel modelling skills
  • Highly analytical and commercially astute
  • Strong experience utilising data and data analytics
  • Experience of managing forecasts

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong FP&A and private equity background to join a fantastic, high-growth business with the aim of a potential IPO or sale.

The individual will be required to be highly strategic and analytical, whilst also very hands on.

If the above sounds like a good fit to your own experience, please hit apply and one of the team will be in touch to discuss further.
