Finance Business Partner (FMCG / Manufacturing)
£50,000 -£55,000, 10% Bonus plus Benefits

This Finance Business Partners position will be the number 1 in finance on-site and will report into the FD and GM and will involve oversight of finance, providing analysis and business partnering across this business.

An established and well respected group, my client is a SME leading consumer, manufacturing and FMCG business who pride themselves on their ability to provide high quality products across the UK.

Description

• Manage and develop the Finance department, ensuring critical roles are covered each week and daily, weekly and monthly reports are produced
• Own, progress, co-ordinate and develop product costing; key point of contact for account managers
• Lead and define profit hurdles consistent with agreed ROI and undertaking promotional evaluation and post promotion reviews
• Prepare and own input into monthly results and performance management including customer profitability
• Undertake internal audits and maintain appropriate risk management controls
• Manage capital expenditure including investment appraisal, spend allocation to projects, classification of Assets and timely capitalisation of projects
• Coordinate and improve systems

Profile

• Strong commercial acumen
• Flexibility in approach and ability to communicate with all levels of the business
• Experience of operating in a similar role within an FMCG/Manufacturing business
• Excellent people skills
• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Strong Excel and systems knowledge
