Interim External Reporting / Investor Relations Specialist

I am recruiting for a senior interim Reporting and Investor Relations role for a client of mine who have recently moved into an impressive operational base in central Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant financial leadership experience around the production of annual and external reporting documentation, both regulatory and well as robust packs around investor relations requirements. This experience is likely to have been gained in numerous Reporting roles in larger more complex businesses.

This is a senior leadership role and thus requires an individual with not only the technical background to complete the aforementioned duties but also the gravitas to engage with stakeholders both inside and externally to the business.

This is an ongoing interim role and could suit someone living in the Midlands, who can commute to central Birmingham or someone further afield who is happy to work away from home during the working week.
