Financial/Management Accountant
£55000 - £60000
Central London (12 month contract)
My client a a multi-national property/real estate company and are looking for a qualified accountant for 12 months.
Duties Include:
- Ensuring prompt and month end reporting
- Production of balance sheet reconciliations within agreed timetables to ensure SOX compliance
- Assistant with revenue recognition testing (US GAAP)
- Production of monthly department profit and loss with variance analysis commentary
- Production of statutory financial statements including LLP and consolidation entry
- Production of ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements
- Continuous review of processes, systems and reporting to identify improvements
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
- Team Player
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Results and deadline driven
- Excel - V-Look ups and Pivot Tables
