Senior Accountant (real estate)

Senior accountant needed for global real estate services business

Your new company
You will be working for a commercial real estate company based in fantastic offices in West London. The business is head quartered in London, however operate globally with a large presence in The US. They offer services across all aspects of real estate including sale brokerage and consulting services.

Your new role
The primary purpose of the role would be to support the UK&I business with year end and monthly reporting cycles. You responsibilities will include:

• Financial reporting for year end
• Month end reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• P&L ownership

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, ideally from a public practice background. You will have industry experience, ideally having experience with a month end. You will have great communication skills and feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fun environment.
