Our client a successful organisation based in Leicester is looking to appoint a Trainee or experienced Payroller to their successful team.
The individual we're looking for will possess some exposure to a Payroll environment and a basic understanding, whether that be from a recruitment type environment where they've dealt with Time Sheets and New Starter Packs or as a Payroll Administrator, although further training will be given.
Candidates applying for the role should have good Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and successful candidates will be required to complete an online test.
The role:
* Calculating hours worked
* Dealing with New Starter Packs
* Updating Tax Codes
* Liaising with Employees and HMRC
* Producing Payslips
* Updating Employee files
* Running the monthly Payroll
* Dealing with Leaver Packs
This is a Full Time position based at my clients office in Leicester, good communication skills and a willingness to learn is key.
Above all, a strong personality and a team player attitude is essential for this role.
