Senior Client Accountant Residential

Senior Client Accountant - Residential - C£40-45,000 - OUR CLIENT are a Pan-European real estate company with a portfolio consisting of both commercial and residential properties and with inhouse capabilities across finance, asset, property and development management. Due to expansion of the UK business, they have solely instructed us to recruit a Senior Client Accountant for them.

THE ROLE will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Updating financial information and adding new properties to the database.
• Reconciling bank accounts.
• Raising charges and invoices on an ad-hoc basis.
• Setting up, managing and posting direct debit receipts and insurances.
• Completing VAT Returns and carrying out client reporting.
• Facilitating rent transfers and calculating RPI uplift calculations.
• Handling property deposits.
• Reporting internally and producing quarterly packs.

THE PERSON to apply must have proven residential property management accounts and reporting experience; ideally in block management or student housing and ideally have familiarity with RICS rules and regulations. You must be a strong communicator and be efficient in order to meet conflicting deadlines.
