Harmonic are privileged to be working with a rapid growth Hospitality business who have recently secured a £10 million investment to expand their footprint within the UK market. The successful candidate will join an innovative team who have succeeded in achieving year on year growth. Based at their headquarters in West London you will be the latest edition in an expanding team, scaling up from 15 to 45 in the last two years.

As the Finance Director you will oversee the complete finance function and hold responsibility for building a finance team as the business grows. Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible for reporting on business partnering progress and commercial areas of growth as well as outlining strategy for future growth.

The brand are very much know for encouraging creativity and innovative solutions therefore this role would suit an individual with vision and foresight who is happy to bounce ideas off the board and CEO to achieve further success.

Duties

• Oversee the full finance function for the business
• Support CEO of the business with strategic planning and KPIs
• Produce board packs and P&L
• Support business growth with Commercial Models, Finance Plans and ad-hoq reports
• Oversee the close of management accounts monthly
• Manage production of 2020 budget
• Manage small team in Europe and begin to open European offices
• Manage the production and presentation of finance information to stakeholders

Required

• Fully Qualified Only (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Commercial experience
• Hospitality experience (Hotels/Pubs/Restaurants/Events)
• Strong passion for hospitality industry

What we would like to see

• 3+ years experience as number 1 in finance
• Examples of successful projects or ad-hoq tasks completed
• Experience in a rapid growth business
