c12 Month Contract
ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are assisting a significantly sized global organisation based in Derbyshire to recruit an Interim Financial Accounting Manager for a c12 month assignment. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant who can adapt quickly to different environments to drive results using their attention to detail and problem solving to support the business and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of group financial reports and statutory accounting.
- Developing and managing consistent and accurate reporting
- Drive and influence the team to support reporting processes
- Manage detailed analysis of business margins to maximise profits
- Compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and SOX standards and processes.
- Continuously look to develop business reporting.
- Organisation of audits and reporting packs.
- Attend meetings and represent the function on commercial and financial matters
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
PROFILE
- Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA
- Experience within Financial Accounting and Group Reporting
- IT literate ideally within Hyperion
- UK GAAP, IFRS and SOX skills would be beneficial
