Finance Business Partner | e-Commerce | Acquisitive & Rapidly Growing | Projects & Transformation | Senior Stakeholder Decision Support
Axon Moore is exclusively representing a rapidly growing and highly profitable e-commerce business based in Greater Manchester as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support senior decisision makers and create value.
With several acquisitions in recent years, this role will be a critical bridge between the executive/finance team and established/recently acquired divisions and the successful candidate will work with the business to support decision making and help drive integration and standardisation projects.
Reporting directly into the Group’s Head of Commercial Finance, whilst working closely with a high calibre management and finance team, the role holder will ensure that divisions are maximising value, that best practices are shared across the group and support the Head of Commercial Finance in ensuring the commercial analysis around decisions is fit for the future to support the Group’s ambitious growth objectives. They will work proactively with the key stakeholders to ensure that the finance function becomes embedded in the division and provides value adding and innovative commercial financial advice and support to ensure that the financial performance of the business is optimised.
To achieve this the successful candidate must be a qualified accountant who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be passionate about driving growth and business performance, as well as process improvement. They need the communication skills to engage colleagues and show an ability to influence with stakeholders across all levels to drive the commercial/strategic agenda.
This will provide a driven candidate with the perfect platform from which to gain exposure to transformation within the business thereby adding value beyond a core set of finance responsibilities.
