A well known property services business based in Bolton are currently looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. Responsible for the finance team and the overall finances you will report directly into the CEO.
Your main responsibilities will include;
Taking control of the all internal systems and produce robust Management Information and KPI's
Providing divisional managers with a clear focus and direction on achieving targets
Influencing change by way of restructuring, increasing profit margins and implementation of significant cost savings
Attending board meetings and presenting board pack,
Weekly reporting,
Cash-flow management,
Forecasting and budgetary control,
Monthly management accounts production,
Monthly payroll,
VAT returns,
Ad-hoc reporting and also supporting with operational management and strategies.
This role will suit a CIMA/ACA/ACA Qualified Accountant looking for that next step up to Financial Controller. Having experience of property/lettings/construction/housing would be seen as an advantage. If this sounds of interest please do not hesitate to get in touch by sending your CV
