Controls Analyst

Partner Financial are working with a global organisation based in Central London, with turnover of £3billion. Due to a period of extensive growth our client is undergoing a system upgrade and requires a controls analyst to assist in the documentation of the Financial Control Framework, covering all the financial processes within the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the wider process and controls team to overlay financial control details within the process documents;
• Reviewing available Standard Operating Procedure documentation to support the assessment of the financial controls;
• Engaging with teams within the programme to support the delivery of the Financial Controls Framework;
• Ensuring that the documented Financial Controls Framework aligns with the process documentation standards;
• Supporting Global Process Owners in assessing the design of controls;
• Advising the programme on matters of financial risks and controls;
• Documenting other ad-hoc requirements.

The Candidate

• Experience creating Financial Controls Frameworks;
• Previous Finance Transformation programme experience;
• Knowledge of business process modelling methodology and tools;
• Experience with Various ERP implementations.
