Finance Consultant - Process Mapping- 4 weeks

Our client, an exciting customer facing business, require a finance consultant to join their team on an initial short term 4-6 week basis. Reporting into the FC, the responsibilities of the role will include:

• Based on a control recommendation report produced by one of the big 4, document process/control notes for finance,
• Extract information from relevant people in the team and document processes/procedures effectively.
• Assist with documentation of controls/processes in other areas of the business as required.
• Help prepare for an audit in January by producing reconciliations and collating data in a format that the auditors require.

The successful candidate will:

• Audit background, preferably PQE or 2 years and some of that remained in practice if possible.
• Internal audit experience would be a big advantage
• Experience in documenting processes and controls
• Any listed company experience
• Experience with Sage X3 would be advantageous
