This position:

This role will suit an accountant/finance analyst working within a PMO or Infrastructure programme role in a forward thinking, fast paced, private sector programme. You will be reporting into the Head of Reporting for the programme who is responsible for providing project finance and performance reporting support to several areas across the programme. 

Duties will include, however are not limited to support project finance planning and forecasting, variance analysis, month end reporting including analysis, opportunity modelling and providing key performance indicators to assist in decision making to all Programme stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of this Senior Finance Analyst role include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and analysing financial statements and reports.  
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.  
• Assisting with budgeting and monthly reporting processes.  
• Understanding key business drivers.  
• Assisting project teams with financial guidance.  
• Developing financial projections and building financial models.

To be successful in this Senior Finance Analyst role you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.  
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modelling. 
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. 
• Working knowledge of financial strategies.  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.  
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
