The Role: An exciting role, reporting to and supporting the General Manager, this is a challenging and high profile role with diverse responsibilities which include:
- Providing strategic financial analysis and advice
- Guidance and support to the senior management team
- Maintaining tight financial controls across the business
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Working capital management and analysing major capital expenditure projects
- Development of business processes and management information systems
- Review of proposals and formulation of financial policies, targets and budgets
- Resource management, allocation and development
The Candidate: Will be a graduate qualified Accountant with a proven track record of achievement at a senior level. You will possess strong IT/systems skills and understand where the value creation is in the business allowing you to identify opportunities for growth and increased efficiency and profitability. You must have a commercial focus, excellent motivational communication and people skills and have the personal stature to influence at board level and represent the Group externally.
