Description
Reporting to the MD and overseeing a strong Finance team, the Finance Director will be required to provide information at board level which will be critical to judging and improving business performance.
You will work across the wider business with various stakeholders and will perform a highly commercial role in the future growth of the company.
You will seek out and deliver on positive changes to processes and systems, and will be able to establish and encourage the right mind-set and attitude within the team.
The role as FD includes oversight of both the manufacturing sites as well as working closely with the sales and order delivery teams, ensuring that products are made and delivered at the best margins possible whilst growing business.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this Finance Director role will be a strong networker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
You will have a track record of delivering commercially focused improvements
Given the nature of the business, experience of working on a global basis is important - multi-currency exposure would be a benefit.
Your own ambition will match that of the wider business and you will have had excellent experience within a product led, manufacturing and retail based environment with multiple SKUs and a broad client base
