Our client is a well-established property fund manager and has launched a number of UK funds. Reporting to the Finance Director / Partners, the role will broadly be responsible for:
- Liaise closely with investors regularly reporting on progress within the property portfolio;
- Advise investment clients on the potential different funding options / funding strategy most appropriate for their needs;
- Preparation / review of finalisation of year-end financial statements for each legal entity / property development;
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements for each Investment Fund where appropriate;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly cash flow statement and treasury management;
- Supervision of the periodic reporting for lenders / ensure compliance with facility agreements;
- Ensure all companies comply with current company legislation and submission of documentation as required;
The ideal candidate will have had prior property accounting experience and have strong client facing skills when interacting with different stakeholders. You will have the ability to understand and simplify complex financial information.
