A global real estate business is recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term-contractor to assist with group management reporting including quarterly group consolidation.
About the Role:
- Production of the group financial consolidation under IFRS on a quarterly basis, including a number of sub-consolidations as well as submission of all group reporting to head office
- Preparation of annual audit fee allocation across all UK entities
- Responding to auditor queries on half-year and year-end consolidation
- Assisting with development of the consolidation model in response to any changes in group structure or reporting obligations
- Assistance with the implementation of SAP BFC and BPC
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant
- Consolidation and financial reporting experience
- SAP BFC, JD Edwards and Hyperion experience an advantage
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of complex group structures
