Divisional Finance Director

Divisional Finance Director – Business Services – £90,000 – £110,000

Fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, business services group as a Divisional FD. This is a key appointment reporting directly into the Group CFO and MD of the division.

The role holds responsibility for all aspects of financial management including the business planning process, capital investment planning and performance, cash management, the control environment, and development of the finance team in the region. The role requires a strong capability in change management to drive improvements in financial accountability across the organisation to improve financial processes.

In addition the role will also be focussed around - 

• Managing commercial relationships and support of financial reporting,
• Working as part of the Group’s Finance leadership team to develop the finance function across the organisation as an efficient team that supports commercial growth
• To take responsibility for the management and strategic planning of capital expenditure for the division
• Continually review finance processes to improve overall efficiency
• Leading strategic and financial planning and its tactical implementation

Applicants must have substantial experience working at a senior level in a commercial finance environment, including development of the commercial strategy and delivery of business growth and profit targets. A proven track record of building, leading and developing a large finance organisation, preferably in a multi-region/multi-site organisation is also essential.
