Our PE backed Financial Services client are seeking an Interim CFO initially for a six month period to support with the preparation for an exit and to take responsibility for all aspects of group finances & legal matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation, review and presentation of the financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the board and senior management team.
- Provide advice around long term business forecasting and budget planning.
- Management of relationships with external bodies including auditors and statutory authorities.
- Support the CEO and the board in the preparation of all Financial matters relating to a potential exit.
We are seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience of working within the private equity space who has led an exit process. A similar industry background of medium sized Financial Services organisations is essential a well as an understanding of the regulatory framework.
