Accounts Payable Assistant | Boutique Luxury Retailer
Location: London
Harmonic Finance are proud to recruit for a luxury retailer. Located in beautiful, architect-designed premises, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant who is keen to learn and grow with the company. This is a permanent position with long term progression to grow with the organisation, and work amongst driven and sociable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the AP records
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payments and expenses
- Analysis of aged creditors
- Deal with suppliers
- Match invoices against POs
- Ad hoc duties assigned by managers
Experience:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role/ Finance Assistant position
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent Excel skills
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in a similar business with a retail background
- Experience of NAV
Salary: £22,000- £26,000 + benefits (based on experience)
