The Group Finance Manager position is a permanent position working for an AIM listed Tech business, with an international footprint.
The company is growing and as a result are looking to invest in their finance function. They have a global client base and a growing reputation in the industry and now require a Group Finance Manager to join the team. This is an exciting time to join a complex international business where you will have full oversight over the production of Group Accounts.
The role is based in Central London.
Responsibilities will include:
- Production of Monthly Group Accounts
- Group Consolidations
- Management of FX
- Consolidation multi-currency accounts
- Cashflow forecasting
- Provide commentary to support strategic decision making.
- Managing the group Audit
- Reporting under IFRS 102 rules
- Production year end and interim accounts
- Review and streamline processes
Candidate profile:
- Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Practice trained would be beneficial not essential
- Experience consolidating accounts is essential
- Multi-currency experience would be beneficial
- Good communication skills and being a team player are a must.
