A Group Finance Director vacancy has become vacant within a multi-site hotel organisation in the Thames Valley area. This opportunity is to join a growing well-known organisation that has an excellent reputation in delivering first class customer service.
Key responsibilities;
- Analyse costs for each hotel and make decisive decisions when required
- Accurate forecasting with General Managers and Financial Controllers
- Review and take appropriate decisions with pricing structures for each site
- Make regular contact with hotel Financial Controllers to ensure smooth operations
- Credit authorisation for hotel guests
- Work alongside and report key financials to Managing Director
- Report and review capital expenditure reports prior to board authorisation
- Qualified finance professional or QBE
- Previous experience managing multisite hotel finance functions
