A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a well established organisation for a dedicated Credit Controller with prior previous experience within a similar role

Your new role

In your new role your responsibilities will include:

• Chasing customers by phone and email
• Taking credit card payments
• Making collection notes and raising credit/refunds
• Maximising your collections
• Meeting monthly set targets
• Setting and monitoring credit limits
• Encouraging customers to set up direct debits
• Accepting electronic billing and statements.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to be an enthusiastic individual who has previous experience within Credit Control. Also you will need to have the ability to use Excel to an intermediate level as well being able to work in a target driven and fast paced environment.
