Your new role
Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be an integral member of the finance team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Query resolution
- Data analysis and production of monthly reports for senior team
- Maintain files for remittances and payment dates.
- Invoicing processing
- Maintain and update spreadsheets.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have at least 2 years sales ledger experience as you will be reconciling large volumes of invoices and chasing overdue debts. You will have excellent customer service and relationship management skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. You will be ambitious as there is the opportunity for you to get involved with month-end and management accounts!
What you'll get in return
