Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established and growing Financial Services business based in Reading to recruit a Finance Project Manager.
You will take full responsibility for planning all Finance team projects, both ad hoc and business. You will also be involved in assisting with the due diligence of company acquisitions and assisting with integrating the finance functions of acquired companies. Additionally, you will be involved in Regulatory Reporting, VAT reporting and aligning of VAT group.
The successful candidate will be ACA Qualified with 3-5 years PQE, along with strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience of consolidations and merger and acquisitions accounting.
