Elevation Accountancy & Finance are really excited to be working in partnership with a growing plc as they look to appoint a Part Qualified Accountant to join their busy finance function on a full time, permanent basis!This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic & experienced individual who is looking for that next step in their finance career. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for knowledge and the drive to progress!
Duties of the Part Qualified Accountant will include:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Accruals and prepayments
*Calculation and posting of journals
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Preparation of VAT returns
*Oversee intercompany charges
*Liaise with Auditors
*Production of statutory accounts
*Tax workings/preparation
*Offer additional support to the winder finance function as required
Person specification:
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent systems knowledge, including Microsoft Excel
*Experience of management accounts preparation / stat accounts preparation
*Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA
