Finance Business Partner – Group FP&A

Partner Financial are currently engaged with a listed, international property business based in Central London. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth through acquisitions and continuing investment.

Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, you will contribute and support the business by providing key insights and analysis as they look to increase their market share. The Senior Management Team expect the commercial function to take ownership and you will be encouraged to identify growth trends and drive the overall performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the financial and business performance of the Group through effective Business Partnering
• Delivering the Group’s Financial Plan and Forecasts, including the reporting of cost saving initiatives and strategy
• Ensuring the group achieves its financial and related targets, through tracking and management of the Group’s financial plan, revenue and cost performance initiatives
• Working with the offshore finance team
• Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial performance reporting, including management accounting submissions
• Analysing, understanding and communicating meaningful financial reporting on the business performance to support timely and accurate reporting to the Board, Leadership Team and Group Reporting Team
• Challenging budget holders and translating complex financial information into tangible operational outcomes

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities
• Have a natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders
