The Project Analyst position is a permanent role working for an Infrastructure Impact Investment company in central London.
The company specialises in investing in infrastructure projects eg. Bridges, pipelines, ports etc in growing economies. It’s a growing firm and has a solid pipeline of work over the next few years and is looking to develop its head office function.
The Project Analyst will work with senior management across the business to secure investments for new projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain relationships across the business
- Work with business units to secure funding
- Identify budget shortfalls
- Monitor cashflow
- Support senior management to forecast costs and funding requirements
- Risk Management
Candidate profile:
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective document management.
- Educated to a degree level, international development would be relevant but not essential.
- Understanding of financial management processes, with the ability to analyse budgets, project pipelines and financial reports.
