Our client is an international, PE backed multi-site business with exciting growth plans over the next 24 months. They are now seeking to recruit a Group CFO to work as a key strategic partner to the CEO as they embark on the next stage of the company’s growth plan.

- Leadership over financial reporting and accounting

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA)
- Retail, Leisure, Hospitality experience
- Multi-site operations
- Experience of a retail rollout would be advantageous
- Self-starter, change agent
- Action and results oriented with a drive for solutions
- Curiosity to learn and think broadly across all areas of business
- Able to demonstrate real value add as business partner
- IT management experience
- Able to demonstrate effective SME experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective leader
- Superb role model and advocate of the business, internally and externally
