Our client is an international, PE backed multi-site business with exciting growth plans over the next 24 months.  They are now seeking to recruit a Group CFO to work as a key strategic partner to the CEO as they embark on the next stage of the company’s growth plan.

Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA)
  • Retail, Leisure, Hospitality experience
  • Multi-site operations
  • Experience of a retail rollout would be advantageous
  • Self-starter, change agent
  • Action and results oriented with a drive for solutions
  • Curiosity to learn and think broadly across all areas of business
  • Able to demonstrate real value add as business partner
  • IT management experience
  • Able to demonstrate effective SME experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective leader
  • Superb role model and advocate of the business, internally and externally
