Our client is a privately owned Infrastructure Fund and is looking to hire a CFO to head up the finance team and assist the senior management team grow the business.  The organisation is undergoing rapid expansion and the culture is extremely fast paced and dynamic.  The fund will be investing in a variety of asset classes, all with long term growth opportunities, and as such requires a CFO who already fully understands the type of debt vehicles associated with REIT and other types of Infrastructure investments and funds.  The ideal candidate will have relevant sector experience and have the ability to ensure that robust systems, processes and controls are established throughout the finance function.  The successful candidate does not necessarily have to have held the no 1 position in finance previously as long as he/she is experienced with working with institutional debt or other fund related accounting.
