CFO

A Private Equity backed business operating in the software sector requires a permanent CFO to start immediately. The business has a niche product offering, is performing very well, and has an exciting growth trajectory with some major client wins.

This is a board level position partnering the CEO and working closely with the PE investors and wider management team. The CFO will have a broad remit and be responsible for all financial related activities. They will play a major part in the future strategy and growth plans of the business. 

The role requires someone with a hands-on approach to finance, with a strong background in controls and process, as well as strategic business partnering and financial planning capabilities.

You will have previously worked in a mid sized business in the software / technology sector. Previous private equity experience  and some restructuring experience is essential, as some restructuring is required to create even more value in the business. 

This should be a lucrative journey for the CFO as the package will include a substantial equity incentive.
