Thriving subsidiary of a large group of companies have an opportunity for a diligent Accountant (part or fully qualified).

You will report directly to the Head of Finance for this fast paced group and support with a varied and challenging remit.

Your role will include business as usual reporting alongside continuous improvement projects which are designed to ensure that the accounts function is able to meet the demands of the rapidly growing business.

The head of finance is seeking a methodical, highly proactive and confident accounting professional who will take real pride in making processes, controls and financial reports absolutely optimized.

• The remit will include; preparation of a full and detailed management accounts / MI pack
• KPI reporting – presentation of key data outlining operational performance and efficiency
• Margin, revenue and profit stream analysis & reporting
• Balance sheet control / reconciliation
• Reporting around cashflow and working capital.

You will need;

• To have completed a professional qualification
• To have previous experience as financial accountant / management accountant or finance manager within a diverse business with plenty of moving parts
• Be confident in your technical accounting skills and your ability to use Excel
• Be a professional and confident character with an ability to deliver change
