Blackwaters is working with a fast-growing, privately owned, consumer products group to recruit a Head of Finance. The role will report directly to the CFO and will be based in West London.
We are recruiting a Head of Finance to take this multi-line FMCG brands business through the next growth phase (3 -5 years) and to exit. This role will take responsibility for the day to day finance and reporting functions for this £50m t/o group.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of small finance function
- Production of timely and accurate accounting and management information (including statutory accounting)
- Improvement and management of processes, systems and controls
- Preparation and development of commercial financial analysis, to support the wider business
- Management of VAT and Corporation Tax compliance
Candidate Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Ideally previous Financial Controller experience
- Excellent financial controls exposure
- Commercially minded, pragmatic problem solver
- Ability to support the executive team of small growing business
