My client an expanding construction group based in Gravesend are now looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. The ideal person must have a proven track record in the construction sector with a strong background in management accounts. Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team of 3 you will be responsible for the production and presentation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis, production of year end accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet, fixed asset and WIP reporting. Liaise with Site Managers to monitor costs per project, budget preparation and monitoring, credit checking and debtor reporting. The ideal person will be qualified or an exceptional qualified by experience with first rate Excel and systems skills and the ability to lead and mentor the team.
