An independent firm in Wakefield are recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant on a permanent basis

Your new role
As the Semi Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, VAT preparation and the preparation of accounts for a variety of clients including sole traders, limited companies and partnerships. You will also gain experience with management accounts preparation for some clients.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your qualifications (AAT, ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience), you will have previous experience working within a practice environment with client accounts preparation. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
