Head of Finance

Communicate are currently looking to place a strong commercial leader with a fast growth food chain as the interim Head of Finance. This privately owned business specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of their signature food packages throughout the UK and Europe. They are also undergoing a period of exciting change due to a recent partnership with a technology company which will transform how they interact with consumers.

The role reports directly into the CEO, so this is a true number 1 position in the business. As such, you must be a fully qualified accountant with a number of years PQE at a similar level and relevant industry experience (Food/FMCG/Manufacturing) is highly desired.

You will also be managing the finance team and will take full responsibility for their performance and the commercial growth of the business. The business is also looking to optimize the financial and operations aspects of the business and the HoF will play a large role in ensuring this.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available, have previously worked in a similar role/industry and have a desire to guide this SME to the next stage of their growth.
