Financial Reporting Director

greenwellgleeson are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding internationally diverse manufacturing organisation.

Leading a large team the role will have several facets including, compiling and reviewing all internal reporting and being the key interface with group. Managing the transactional processing team and looking at ways to improve its efficiency.

You will also business partner with operations to help drive performance and you will also be tasked with introducing best practice reporting processes across the group which will involve a small amount of European travel.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate excellent technical skills having ideally trained within a large audit firm, you will need to demonstrate adaptability, tenacity, a strong work and effective team management.

In this high profile role you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills as there will be regular contact with regional FD's and MD's.
