FP&A Manager at a Tech start-up.

Your new company
You will work for a high-growth telecoms startup that has grown exponentially year on year. With investment and a customer based secured the business is now expanding their finance team.

Your new role
You will lead the FP&A function of the business- supporting the finance director and CFO with your analysis and your advice. You will present your data and analysis to both you finance and non-finance colleagues, informing key decisions and the overall direction of the business. In addition, you will manage two other persons who will assist in the FP&A in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a ACA, ACCA or CIMA candidate that has at least two years post-qualified experience. Since qualification you would have worked in an FP&A role with a similar function where you have, at some point, managed others. Alongside this you will have a clear ability to communicate and present data to others, as well as being a personable individual to work with.
