Finance Director- software company- £110,000 to £120,000 base
Your new company
I am working with a £1bn US-listed company, looking to expand its EMEA finance team. This silicon-valley tech software company has over 3000 employees world-wide with customers across the globe, doubling its revenues over the past year. I am now helping them to recruit their new EMEA Finance Director who will help lead the business on its continued progression in EMEA and eventual expansion in the APAC region.
Your new role
You will join the European leadership in this key role, heading the entire finance function of the EMEA region. This level of seniority will grant you with the responsibility to make key decisions that involve and influence the multiple entities of the business across EMEA. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing the EMEA region as part of the leadership team, building important relationships with your counterparts.
- Oversight and management of financial reporting including US GAAP and IFRS.
- Leading and developing a 12-person finance team based in London.
- Developing and managing the processes and controls across EMEA
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant that has experience in a software company, ideally having experience as finance director in a US-backed business. You will have a proven technical acumen and knowledge including US GAAP and IFRS.
