This Senior Management Accountant, based in Hemel Hempstead, will be responsible for the day to day supervision and coaching of the Accounting team. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate timely budgets, forecast planning, reporting and analysis of financial figures.

- Budget management

- Management and development of all team members
- Reviews and appraisals of all team members
- Analysis reporting
- IFRS reporting
- Supporting the Finance Manager in preparing internal and external monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements
Profile
The successful Senior Management Accountant will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in people management. They will have strong technical accounting skills including IFRS, corporate tax and pension accounting knowledge. They will have strong interpersonal skills and be looking to join a fun and friendly team.
