The client

Harmonic are excited to be working with one of London's fast growth property companies in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager. They have grown at an impressive rate and in 2018 their turnover was around £7m, with plans to double this by the end of 2019. They have impressive plans to expand which include launching their services in a variety of new cities around the UK.

The are in a great position at the moment as they are already profitable and have just closed a funding round, which will help them drive growth within the business.

The client's office is currently based with a new co-working space in London, with such a great social culture and community value, they provide a great work atmosphere and additional benefits. The ideal candidate would be an ambitious individual who is looking to progress quickly in their career and work with other likeminded people.

The role

This role reports into the CFO and is an incredible opportunity to take full responsibility for the day to day management of the finance.

• Managing a Part Qualified management accountant
• Responsibility for the monthly- close process
• Manage the Production of Financial Reports
• Continuous process improvement and system implementation to support the business as it grows
• Financial Analysis of Commercial agreements and contracts
• Ownership for the audit processes
• Support and in the future manage production of forecasting, planning and analysis
• Extensive Ad-Hoc Projects alongside the CFO

Required Experience

• ACA / ACCA /CIMA
• Excellent Communicator
• Strong Technical skills
• Excellent Communicator
• The ability to be able to adapt to new environments

What we'd like to see

• Start-up or SME experience

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Generous Share Options (dependent on experience)
